A minimum fee of 1,000 USD applies, and a service fee of 3%–5% will be charged based on the actual transaction amount.

- Actual procurement costs including product payment, logistics fees, customs clearance fees, inspection fees, etc.
- Expenses for execution links such as on-site factory inspection, sample delivery, mass production, etc.
- Additional costs incurred from third-party platforms, certification, warehousing, transportation, etc.
- Actual legal-related expenses including attorney fees, legal costs, notarization fees, etc.
- On-site execution and long-term on-site services beyond the scope of the consulting plan.
